About Us

Cliff Jones has a background in old media journalism with radio and newspapers, working in the US with National Public Radio followed by The Guardian newspaper. He moved into the online world in 1996 with then-startup AOL, motivated by a love of technology and a fascination with the potential of online news.

He is a self-confessed early adopter of technology dating back to a Texas Instruments digital Star Wars watch and a Vic 20 in 1977 to all the latest kit.

Cliff joined TrustedReviews from the BBC News and Sport websites and he spends his offline life writing, travelling and recording television programmes he'll never have time to watch.
